Netflix has dropped the first teaser for Louis Thereoux's upcoming documentary Inside The Manosphere - with viewers predicting it'll be a 'hard watch'.Louis, 55, travels to New York, Miami and Marbella to meet influencers and content creators involved in The Manosphere.This refers to an online network - including forums, websites and blogs - that promote anti-feminist beliefs, masculinity and misogyny.The film's synopsis reads: 'The 90-minute film explores how key figures, including Harrison Sullivan (AKA HS Tikky Tokky), Myron Gaines, Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy (AKA Sneako), Justin Waller and Ed Matthews, are helping to reshape young men's ideas about masculinity and fuelling a resurgent global men's rights movement.'Louis immerses himself in their ecosystem, encountering prominent figures within the movement, each presenting their own interpretations of traditional gender roles and values.'He becomes familiar with some of their language, including terms such as 'red-pilling', and examines the appeal of these ideas and attitudes, as well as the perspectives of the women in their lives who appear to support them.' It reached 24.3million views in just the first four days of its release - and has been praised for highlighting the online radicalisation of young men and boys. A source told The Sun at the time: 'Louis is famous for starting out on the BBC with his Weird Weekends show and has stayed with them ever since.'Even though he started making shows for other channels and streamers, he never fronted them - that was reserved for the Beeb.'He did two celebrity interview series for them in 2022 and 2023, but ended that after just two series to focus on other projects.'
