Let’s spec the new Aston Martin vantage in my ideal configuration. How would you configure yours?
The Landrover’s (temporary) replacement is in and it’s a VW Transporter Van! Not sure how I feel about van life long term but it’s really useful while waiting for the repair which apparently could take months. Big shout out to Lane Pearson in Bristol for the free replacement vehicle, truly above and beyond aftercare!
If I could only do one tricep exercise for the rest of my life it would have to be the Dip. In my opinion one of the best upper body compound exercises you can do
1. Post workout 2. Daily essentials 3. Morning cuddles with Mr Norway 4. Training department 5. My angel 6. Jaguar never looked so good 7. Didn’t realise Matcha could be so nice 8. Cuddle puddle 9. Travels 10. Instant energy gummies
