ICE has been blasted over supposedly detaining a five-year-old boy - but the agency hit back, saying the child had actually been abandoned.
School officials claimed Liam Conejo Ramos was taken from his driveway by agents as he returned home in Columbia Heights, Minnesota.
However the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) disputed the claims, saying the child's father Adrian Alexander Conejo Arias was an illegal alien from Ecuador
