A popular Montessori teething toy has been recalled after being reported to be dangerous, that results to a 'serious choking hazard and death.'The Yetonamr Pull String Teething Toy, which is popular among parents due to its sensory and motor skill development aspects, has been taken off the shelves owing to 32 cases of choking incidents.The recall was issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), which advised consumers to halt the use of the toy. The recall will affect about 6,800 units sold on Amazon between June and October 2025.CPSC has requested buyers to 'take it away from children and contact Longyanguiheng to receive a full refund.'Specifications of the toy and its provisionsThe Yetonamr Pull String Teething Toy is a toy model made of silicone strings, soft push buttons, and three free-spinning rings.
