Fingal County Council refuses McEnaney retention bid for Sword’s Ipas accommodation
Fingal County Council has again refused a request from a McEnaney family company for planning retention to regulate the unauthorised use of buildings at a Swords hotel for emergency asylum accommodation. The company, Brimwood Unlimited, controlled by former GAA manager Seamus “Banty” McEnaney, is the lynchpin in a network of family firms involved in the private emergency accommodation sector.
