Kiefer Sutherland was arrested on suspicion of criminal threats on Monday after allegedly getting into an altercation with a rideshare driver, the Daily Mail has confirmed. The felony charge covers situations in which a person threatens to kill someone or cause serious bodily injury in order to inspire fear. Sutherland was released at 11:30 a.m. on Monday on a $50,000 bond, according to LA Sheriff's Department records. The LAPD noted that detectives from its Hollywood Division are continuing to investigate the incident. An initial court date for the case has been set for February 2.
