Lacson: Bonoan 'deliberately' sent wrong anti-flood locations to Palace
MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson revealed that a source informed him that former Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan “deliberately” sent Malacañang wrong grid coordinates of flood control projects.
