Razon files cyberlibel complaint vs Barzaga
MANILA, Philippines — Ports and casino tycoon Enrique Razon Jr. filed a cyberlibel complaint against Cavite Rep. Francisco “Kiko” Barzaga after the politician had accused the tycoon of having a hand in corruption and bribery in Congress. Razon filed two counts of cyber libel against Barzaga and sought civil damages of at least P100 million for moral damages and P10 million in exemplary damages, citing harm to his reputation and emotional distress.
