Club Soda tasting room to close

The tasting room and bottle shop of mindful drinking movement Club Soda will close on 25 January. The brand launched in 2015 and opened a physical site in 2022 The business has reached the end of its lease and is choosing not to renew. Club Soda said it is on the hunt for a new home. Posting on Instagram, the brand said: “This version of the Club Soda Tasting Room will be closing on 25 January. We’re at the end of our lease and the landlord needs to finally sort some long-standing drain issues (honestly… if you know, you know). “Don’t panic – this isn’t the end. Not even close. We’re already on the hunt for a new home for the Tasting Room. “In the mean time, you can still shop all your favourites online and find a selection of our best sellers at Majestic Wine. “Plus, in the new year, we’ll be sharing new ways to support real choice in shops and bars, alongside member rewards and activities to get involved with. “Thank you for being part of this with us – you’ve helped prove that great drinks don’t need alcohol to be special.” The tasting room opened in 2022. Club Soda’s founder, Laura Willoughby, recently contributed to a report for the Functional Drinks Collective, which found that 79% of UK adults would be likely to try drinks that can support wellbeing goals.
