Liam Rosenior jets into London for talks to become Chelsea manager
Liam Rosenior flew to London on Sunday while Chelsea were snatching a draw away at Manchester City with the Strasbourg manager closing in on becoming the Blues’ new boss.Rosenior is set to hold further talks over replacing Enzo Maresca and it is possible the 41-year-old Englishman could take charge in time for Wednesday’s Premier League visit of Fulham.Strasbourg, the French side who are Chelsea’s sister club, are working on securing their own suitable replacement Rosenior.Former Wolves boss Gary O’Neill is one of three candidates being considered to succeed him.Chelsea were temporarily managed by their Under-21 head coach Calum McFarlane against City. For all I know, the new manager will be in shortly and I will lead the team until he's in.’
