Regardless of his persona, this artist is best known for his creative musical works, and he has recently made a surprise appearance at the comedy show by Deon Cole, which took place at the Hollywood Improv. The show happened on December 27, and Kanye announced the release of his new album at the show.
Deon Cole invited Kanye on stage and introduced him to the audience by addressing him as “a good friend,” and he also thanked him for attending the comedy show. It seems like promotional propaganda, as after a few jokes, Cole landed the question, “You got anything we could look out for?” and further added, “No music, no shirts or sweaters or some boots?” The audiences were also seeking answers, as it is not every day that you see Kanye at a comedy or talk show in recent days.
West replied concisely to Cole’s question by saying, “New album,” and it created a huge buzz of applause and cheers from the audience. Deon is a comedian, and he left no chance to ask West if he would be sending a care package of clothes to him, and West politely agreed to it before leaving the stage.
Kanye West has not been releasing any personal projects for a long time, and the last time he worked in the industry was back in 2024 when he did collaborative projects with Ty Dolla $ign for ‘Vultures 1‘ and ‘Vultures 2’. Since then, West has not been releasing any projects, but managed to stay at the top of the news by launching anti-Semitic tirades online over the last few years. Due to such activities, the rapper has been banned from Instagram, X, and multiple other social media platforms for making hate speeches.
Later on, Kanye West launched a T-shirt for online selling, which included a large swastika on the chest, which is largely associated with the Nazis in Western countries, and due to this release, the Yeezy website was shut down by Shopify. Previously, he also claimed that the Jewish people are holding him back and that they should ‘forgive’ Hitler.
West also said that he does not believe in anti-Semitism, and that sparked a huge backlash, which also included a lot of celebrities speaking out against him. After understanding his mistakes, Ye has recently met with a rabbi in New York named Yoshiyahu Yosef Pinto and decided to take accountability for what he has said and done. He claimed that his bipolar disorder makes him lash out against the Jewish community, but he is not like that.
