15 Homes With the Biggest and Best Christmas Lights You Ever Did See
After a snowy commute got us all humbuggy this morning, we needed a little holiday pep in our step to snap out of it. We filled our favorite Christmas mug with coffee, ate about a half-pan of green and red Rice Krispie squares, toughed through some sharp stomach pains, then went on the hunt for the brightest Christmas lights on the Continent.Yes, there are a ton of great parades and light shows out there, but we wanted to focus on “the little guy” displays on residential homes. Some got their neighbors inspired to light up entire streets, but they’ve all inspired us to not stress the little things (like our now soggy socks from all that damn slush) and keep our Christmas spirit alive!

A collection box is situated out front, and from 1999 to 2025 they’ve raised over $308,000.

Each resident is responsible for their own display, so some go over the top while others prefer a subtle approach. Either way, it adds up to a bright, festival stroll.

Booo! Still, the best displays are from 1100 to 1108 Celebration Avenue.

That record was set with 601,736 lights, but they have since broken their own record multiple times. The 2025 display features an estimated 745,994 lights. The family uses the display to raise money for local charities like the Union Vale Fire Department.
