Chile elected its most right-wing president in 35 years of democracy on December 14. Arch-conservative Jose Antonio Kast won on an anti-crime and anti-immigration platform. He is also an admirer of former Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet. FRANCE 24's Philip Turle tells us more.
