Charlize Theron Wears Nothing but a Micro Thong Under Her Completely Sheer Black Lace Catsuit
Charlize Theron gave naked dressing a '70s update as she recreated an iconic Studio 54 moment in fashion history.In photos shared on December 8 and December 9, the actress showed off her black thong in a completely sheer black lace catsuit.Theron revealed she was paying homage to the "greatest diva," Jerry Hall.
Charlize Theron leaned into a peekaboo underwear moment as she channeled one of fashion’s most iconic It girls. In a nod to the lore of famed celebrity haunt Studio 54, the Mad Max: Fury Road alum recreated the completely sheer black lace jumpsuit that Jerry Hall famously wore to the New York City nightclub in the ‘70s. Theron flaunted a pair of micro black lace thongs—and nothing else—as she posed in the completely see-through catsuit.
The Monster actress exuded discotheque glamour in three different Instagram photo dumps of the look shared between Monday and Tuesday. “Oh what a night,” Theron captioned one post, seemingly revealing that her Jerry Hall-inspired look was for a costume party as she posed next to a fellow reveler who was dressed up in a bejeweled Dodgers outfit (an apparent reference to Elton John’s sequined Bob Mackie baseball uniform). For her part, the Oscar-winning actress expertly paid homage to “the greatest diva” as she posed in sheer black floral lace from neck to toe.
Unlike Hall’s skintight mesh version, Theron’s bodysuit was covered in black flower-inspired lace patterns with a cutout on her heels. She also added a little more coverage than the model, who went sans underwear. While posing in a bathtub and lounging against a velvet couch, Theron ditched her bra but showed off a tiny black lace thong. Cinching her waist with a black leather belt, she accessorized with gold metallic ankle strap sandal heels, which showed off her bare toes and heels. A stack of gold chunky bracelets and giant gold hoop earrings added some extra glam to her recreation. Later on in the photoshoot, Theron added an oversized faux fur coat, a rock star staple once worn by Hall as well as her ex Mick Jagger.

To complete her transformation into the Batman actress, Theron credited her “hair and makeup family of champions,” joking, “I’m nothing without these bitches.” She styled her long golden blonde hair into a deep side part with effortless waves. Skinny defined brows, iridescent champagne eyeshadow, and separated spidery eyelashes leaned into the theme. Theron finished off her look with a soft pink flush on her cheeks and a warm peach lipstick.
