I completely disagree with the idea of restricting which chips we sell to other countries. Sell everything to everybody, even adversaries. Because when the whole world builds on American platforms, we attract the brightest minds, just like we did in WWII. Innovation wins wars, markets, and technology races. If we don’t believe we can out-innovate our competitors, we’re already finished
