BI mulls deporting Chinese national involved in smuggling Discaya cars
MANILA, Philippines — A Chinese national who is the alleged importer of luxury vehicles of contractor couple Cezarah “Sarah” and Pacifico “Curlee” Discaya may be deported if found guilty in the case he is facing before the Bureau of Immigration (BI), the agency said on Wednesday. The BI said that it will initiate the deportation case of 41-year-old Cao Cheng, who had been arrested last November 27 in Makati for multiple violations.
