Maslow Capital provides €56.4m facility for Dublin homes
Real estate finance provider Maslow Capital has provided a €56.4m development facility to fund the construction of 189 apartments on James’s Street, Dublin 8.
The project is set to be delivered by Kinvara Star, a joint venture between Kinvara Property and the Castlestar Property Group. The apartments have been forward sold to Clúid Housing Association with Maslow Capital supporting the transaction. Townmore Construction has been appointed as contractor.
The apartment scheme is across three blocks ranging from three to eight storeys, located in the Dublin 8 regeneration area. Residents will also be able to access 2,497 sq ft of communal facilities and courtyards.
