New north-east cooking series The Doric Kitchen to hit screens this December

A brand new cooking show set in the north-east is set to premiere on Amazon Prime this December and feature a number of familiar folk from across Aberdeenshire. The Doric Kitchen - a six-episode series - will showcase the best food and drink in our region and tell the stories of the people who brought the culinary scene to life. And for those who ken their Doric, there will be plenty of that throughout the show, giving viewers elsewhere a good insight to the local dialect. The new series is hosted by Tarragon chef Graham Mitchell and Broch comedian Wray Thomson as they travel up and down the north-east to sample some of the finest foods.
