Shark Tank India-featured ultra-fast fashion brand Littlebox raises Rs 17.5 crore

Littlebox, a Gen Z-focused ultra-fast fashion brand, has raised Rs 17.5 crore (approximately $2.1 million) in a seed funding round co-led by Huddle Ventures and Prath Ventures, with participation from a slate of angel investors.  Littlebox will use the raised capital for category expansion, UI/UX improvement, packaging, logistics, and marketing efforts. The New Delhi-based startup, founded in 2022 by Rimjim Deka and Partha Kakati, operates on a real-time retail model. It introduces new fashion SKUs every week and relies on a proprietary demand forecasting algorithm to minimise dead stock and optimise margins. Unlike traditional seasonal fashion cycles, Littlebox cycles inventory every 15 to 25 days, a pace closer to social media virality than retail convention. Deka, who previously founded Street Style Store in 2012, described the new funding as a “growth engine,” not a lifeline. “Our roots in Guwahati taught us to build lean, stay grounded, and move fast,” she said. The startup claims to have been profitable since inception and reported Rs 55 crore in revenue for FY25, up 104% from Rs 27 crore in FY24. Net profit for the fiscal year surged more than fourfold to Rs 2.3 crore, compared to Rs 55 lakh the previous year. Littlebox manufactures in its 40,000-square-foot facility in Noida and operates its own warehousing network. The brand, which gained exposure through its appearance on Shark Tank India Season 3, where it secured backing from all five “Sharks,” aims to reach Rs 100 crore in revenue by FY26. "India's fast fashion landscape needs agile, tech-first players, and Littlebox is exactly that," said Ishaan Khosla, Partner at Huddle Ventures. "Rimjim and Partha have built a supply chain engine that doesn't just follow global trends—it reshapes them for Indian consumers. We've been following their journey closely, and this is execution at a rare scale." Piyush Goenka, Managing Partner at Prath Ventures, added, "Littlebox blends Gen Z insight with data-driven execution. Their ability to stay lean and move fast while remaining profitable makes them one of the most promising digital fashion brands in India today."
