Helen Flanagan no longer living with boyfriend Robbie Talbot and opens up on Scott Sinclair split
Former Coronation Street actress Helen Flanagan has revealed that her boyfriend Robbie Talbot has moved out of her Lancashire home. The 34-year-old star, who met construction worker Talbot on celebrity dating app Raya last year, explained the decision was made with her children's wellbeing in mind. The couple's relationship had been progressing well following Flanagan's split from footballer Scott Sinclair in 2022, with whom she shares three children - Matilda, 9, Delilah, 6, and Charlie, 4. Speaking to The Sun, she recently explained why Talbot moved out: "I'd asked him to stay for a while because I often get quite scared in the house on my own and feel safer with a man there." However, she became concerned about her eldest daughter's feelings. "Matilda is very sensitive and a proper daddy's girl, and she struggles with not seeing Scott as often as she'd like. I always think about how she feels when she misses her dad, and having my boyfriend there maybe doesn't help her." Flanagan has been candid about her relationship with ex-partner Scott, with whom she split after 13 years together Speaking on Charlotte Dawson's Naughty Corner podcast, she revealed: "I still love him very much, I care about him deeply, but we don't like each other."We don't like each other at all, we don't get on. I do know that Scott - he'd never admit it - cares about me too and he does love me." She went on to tell The Sun: "In the end, it was me who decided [to break up]. I'll always be sad it didn't work out."The actress described co-parenting as "hilarious" whilst revealing the challenges they face. "We just try and not be in the same house together because the children are the priority and I want a good environment for them and I don't want them to see us arguing," she explained. With Sinclair living in Bath and Flanagan in North Manchester, they meet halfway in Birmingham to exchange the children "He's throwing things in my boot and I just started taking the mickey out of his bucket hat to lighten the mood," she shared. The former Coronation Street star recently shared on Instagram that her children would be spending Easter with Sinclair, giving her a much-needed break. "I'm going to the Grand National tomorrow, I'm so excited... I get a break. So the children go to Scott's for half term, I literally can't remember the last time I had a break," she said. Speaking about her daughter, Flanagan added: "She always talks about how she misses her daddy and stuff... I will miss Matilda but I think it's nice for her to have that time with her dad."The actress has also been open about her struggle with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), which she was diagnosed with in 2023. "I always feel like I have four personalities in one month and any boyfriend I've ever had knows how bad my PMDD can be," Helen shared on Instagram. She described experiencing "severe depression, sadness, hopelessness, worthlessness, anxiety, OCD" during her worst phases. Helen recently noted her condition has become "more manageable" though she still experiences days where she doesn't "feel herself mentally".
