Desperate hunt for flame-haired mum in her 40s as she mysteriously vanishes after going to music festival - and her frantic daughter begs for help to find her

The distraught daughter of a missing Queensland woman has launched an urgent public plea after her mum failed to return home from a rock concert.Jasmine Carter was last spotted at Brisbane Showgrounds attending a Slipknot concert at about 8.30pm Sunday night and hasn't been seen or heard from since.Her phone remains switched off almost 48 hours later. Police and family have serious concerns for her welfare and described her disappearance as out of character.‘If you have seen her anywhere or have any information please reach out,’ her daughter Samira posted on Facebook.‘She is my mother and she never would have done anything like this, we are all very worried.'If you have seen this woman, please DM me.'  Jasmine Carter (pictured) was last seen at the Slipknot concert at Brisbane Showgrounds on Sunday night Missing mum Jasmine Carter pictured in the outfit she was last seen inSamira also shared a photo of her mum wearing the outfit she was last seen wearing. Aged in her 40s, Jasmine is described as Caucasian, 157cm tall, medium build and has blue eyes and distinctive red hair that is shaved on the sides.She has distinctive tattoo of a skull and native Australian bees on her left upper arm, and a mole on the right side of her face.She was last seen wearing leopard print shorts, a black top, black boots and glasses.A public appeal shared online by Queensland Police on Tuesday attracted almost 1,000 shares within two hours.'Plz come home Jazz, we all are so concerned for your safety,' a worried friend commented.Police urge anyone with information regarding Jasmine's whereabouts, or who may have seen her since Sunday night to come forward or call Policelink on 131 444.
