3. Reach Rank 9 in Coven's Favor
To unlock Gelena, you need to reach Rank 9 in Coven’s Favor. This requires accumulating Grim Favors by completing Whispers of the Dead challenges. Once you’ve accumulated enough Grim Favors, turn them in at the Tree of Whispers to Diablo 4 Items earn Coven’s Favor.

Once you hit Rank 9, you will unlock the Grim Service quest, which will further your progress in the seasonal storyline.
4. Unlock Gelena
After completing The Grim Service quest, you will unlock Gelena at the Tree of Whispers.

Gelena is the vendor who allows you to craft the Coven’s Debt Scrolls, which can then be used to buy Diablo IV Items earn 100 Coven’s Favor each. These scrolls are extremely valuable for speeding up your Coven’s Favor progression.
