Storm Boelo brings floods, travel disruption, and power cuts for tens of thousands | BBC News

Storm Boelo has brought in flooding, travel disruption, and power cuts across the UK.

On the railways, people are being told not to certain areas.

In Scotland, Network Rail said trees have fallen onto lines at "numerous locations", while many ferry services have also been suspended.

Power cuts have hit tens of thousands of properties across England, Scotland and the island of Ireland, and amber warnings remain in place.
