‘Trump Lied Us Into Iran War!’ Senator Ossoff Unleashes; Says President Can't End Or Win Conflict

Georgia Democratic Senator Jon Ossoff launched a sharp attack on President Donald Trump ahead of the November midterm elections, accusing him of leading the United States into an Iran war he cannot end or win. Speaking to reporters after a campaign event in Atlanta, Ossoff blamed Trump's war policies, tariffs and healthcare cuts for rising costs facing American families. He also accused the president of enriching himself and his family while Americans struggle with higher prices. Ossoff criticised Trump's support for Republican Senate candidate Mike Collins, citing reporting about white nationalist and antisemitic material linked to Collins' home. Collins has previously condemned racism and antisemitism. Ossoff also dismissed speculation about a 2028 White House bid, declaring that he is not running for president.
