‘NO ROOM FOR MISTAKE!’: Iran’s Ground Forces On HIGHEST ALERT, Trump Military To Strike Anytime?

Iran’s Army Ground Force has been ordered to maintain a high level of combat readiness, with its commander warning that any lapse during wartime could impose serious costs. Major General Ali Jahanshahi issued the warning during an unannounced inspection of an army brigade, according to Iranian state broadcaster IRIB. He called for continuous training, repeated assessments of operational capabilities and stronger coordination between military units. “Any negligence in a wartime situation could entail heavy costs,” Jahanshahi warned. The surprise inspection also tested whether personnel and command structures could demonstrate operational readiness without advance preparation. The message reflects a broader emphasis on permanent preparedness within Iran’s armed forces. Rather than waiting for another confrontation to begin before mobilising, commanders are being instructed to continually evaluate personnel, equipment and coordination — effectively preparing units for the possibility that the next military emergency could arrive with little warning.
