Putin’s Ukraine Endgame? Russia To ‘FORCE’ Trump Into Deciding Zelensky’s Fate In SHOCK Plot
Vladimir Putin has reportedly proposed a three-way summit with Donald Trump and Xi Jinping that could place three nuclear powers at the centre of discussions over ending the Ukraine war — without Volodymyr Zelensky at the table. The Wall Street Journal reports that Putin has floated a meeting potentially around next month’s APEC summit in Shenzhen. A former Russian intelligence officer told the Journal that Putin envisions something resembling a modern-day Yalta Conference, invoking the 1945 meeting where Roosevelt, Churchill and Stalin helped shape post-war Europe. The Kremlin acknowledges that the possibility of a Trump-Putin-Xi meeting has been mentioned but says no detailed proposal, agenda or agreement exists. A senior US official said Trump has not agreed to attend. For Trump, the proposal could offer the prospect of the major peace agreement he has sought. But the reported format could also hand Putin something strategically significant: negotiations framed around great-power diplomacy, with Russia sitting alongside Washington and Beijing while Ukraine potentially remains outside the room.
