Houthi missiles strike military base in Yemen, killing at least 18

Ansar Allah Houthi ballistic missiles have struck a military base, killing at least 18 people.
The base is in al-Jawf district in northern Yemen that is under part government control but majority Houthi control.
The Yemen military spokesman says three ballistic missiles hit a training centre for security and police personnel
They say more than 30 people have been wounded.
