Employers must take measures to protect workers from the haze, including minimising strenuous outdoor work and providing N95 masks where necessary, said Acting Minister for Manpower Jasmin Lau at a press conference on Friday (Oct 16).
She added that employers were also encouraged to offer flexible work arrangements, including working from home, for employees affected by the haze or whose children may need to switch to home-based learning. #haze#sgnews#singapore
