CTV's Peter Szperling visits Shawarma Garlic and Onion where owner Raghib Cheaib welcomed continuous crowds, including customer Jordan Pham who purchased 14 $3 sandwiches for himself. Jerome Miousse of Ottawa Tourism noted that shawarma has become a quintessential culinary experience, with the capital boasting nearly double the number of shawarma restaurants compared to Tim Hortons outlets.
