Yemen’s Houthis claim they hit a Saudi Eurofighter Typhoon fighter jet with a surface-to-air missile over Saada governorate, warning that the aircraft was at risk of crashing. According to Houthi spokesman Yahya Saree, the jet had taken off from Taif Air Base. Saudi authorities have yet to confirm the reported strike. The claim comes as the Houthis threaten fresh attacks on Saudi airports and oil facilities after reports of extensive damage to Saudi Aramco’s headquarters, intensifying concerns over a broader regional conflict.
