Iran is reportedly building dirt barriers around its key nuclear sites as fears of a renewed war with the United States and Israel intensify. According to The Wall Street Journal, satellite images show makeshift dirt mounds constructed around Iran’s Pickaxe Mountain and Natanz nuclear facilities, potentially complicating any attempted US or Israeli ground raid.
The reported preparations come as President Donald Trump weighs possible military options against Iran, including a potential strike on Pickaxe Mountain. While Trump has ruled out an attack before the November 3 midterm elections, US officials reportedly continue to prepare options for renewed strikes.
