Putin’s BIG REVENGE On West: Lavrov Unveils Russia’s SHOCK Power Plan For New Global Order
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has called for a “more just multipolar world order” during talks with the ASEAN secretary-general in Moscow, linking closer Russia-ASEAN cooperation to President Vladimir Putin’s broader vision for Greater Eurasia. Lavrov said Russia and ASEAN members share an aspiration to develop a multipolar order across the Greater Eurasian space. He also stressed Moscow’s longstanding support for what he described as an ASEAN-centred security architecture in Southeast Asia. The Russian foreign minister connected that approach with Putin’s proposed Greater Eurasian Partnership, which Moscow presents as a foundation for a wider continent-level security architecture. Lavrov said Russia and ASEAN are connected by “common interests” and expected those issues to feature prominently in their discussions. The remarks come as Moscow continues promoting deeper political and economic relationships across Asia and presenting multipolarity and Greater Eurasian integration as central elements of its approach to the international order.
