EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has taken a sharp swipe at Donald Trump’s latest Russia policy, warning that pressure should be directed at Moscow — not Kyiv.

Speaking in Luxembourg ahead of a meeting of EU foreign ministers, Kallas said that “by putting pressure on Russia, it is actually possible to bring this war to an end.” She contrasted that with pressure on Ukraine, saying the effect would be to push Kyiv toward surrender.
