Gatineau Park is drawing thousands of visitors this Thanksgiving weekend as autumn foliage reaches peak vibrancy during the annual Fall Rhapsody event. CTV's Tyler Fleming speaks with campers Dan and Sharon Leeson of London, Ont., who travelled to the park to explore the scenic forest canopy and visit the Carbide Willson mill ruins. Gatineau Park features over 200 kilometres of trails, with road closures in place until noon across major lookouts such as Champlain, Huron and Etienne Brule to accommodate cyclists. Free shuttle services operated by the National Capital Commission are running from downtown and the Chelsea visitor centre to help reduce road congestion.
