'You've Done No Wrong': Putin Openly Backs Iran In War Against U.S, Then Makes This Big Offer

Russian President Vladimir Putin has backed Iran’s efforts to end the ongoing conflict with the United States and Israel, saying Tehran is making genuine efforts to find a peaceful solution. During talks with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian in Turkmenistan on October 8, Putin said Iran had put forward fresh proposals to resolve the crisis through diplomatic means. The Russian leader also defended Tehran, claiming the conflict had erupted through no fault of Iran. Putin further said Moscow was ready to take all necessary measures to help bring the war to an end. His remarks come amid continuing regional tensions and renewed diplomatic efforts to find a way out of the conflict, raising questions about Russia’s potential role in negotiations between Tehran and Washington.
