VANCE EXPOSES H-1B SCAM!: 6,000 Americans Duped; Microsoft, Wipro & TCS On Visa HITLIST

Vice President JD Vance has launched one of the Trump administration’s biggest crackdowns yet on employment-based immigration, accusing major technology companies of using H-1B and green-card pathways to undercut American workers.

Microsoft was the headline target. Vance said the company had laid off roughly 6,000 U.S. workers while benefiting from about 6,300 H-1B visas and nearly 3,000 green cards, arguing that the system was being abused to replace Americans with cheaper foreign labor. The administration has now suspended Microsoft from the PERM process, a key step through which employers sponsor foreign workers for permanent residency.
