‘UNLEASH F-35 JETS ON IRAN!’: Marco Rubio Flexes NATO Power; Europe Gets Massive Ammo Boost | WATCH

Marco Rubio has used his Portugal stop to deliver a major pitch for American airpower, declaring the U.S.-made F-35 the “best fighter jet in the world” as Lisbon considers replacing its aging F-16 fleet.

Rubio said Portugal should buy the F-35, arguing that Washington only wants a fair chance to present a competitive offer. Portuguese Foreign Minister Paulo Rangel said Lisbon is seriously considering the U.S. proposal alongside European alternatives, including the Eurofighter Typhoon, Rafale and Gripen E.
