President Donald Trump made an unusually candid admission about his daily medication routine during a campaign rally in Vandalia, Ohio, revealing that he takes a full-strength aspirin every day despite doctors urging him to use a lower dose.

“I take an aspirin a day,” Trump told supporters, adding: “I don’t know if it works, but psychologically I need it.” He said he prefers the “big” Bayer aspirin and described the tablet as a “monster,” before recalling doctors telling him he did not need such a large dose.
