KPSC Probe: DK Shivakumar Govt Challenges Karnataka HC Order | WION News

Karnataka’s D.K. Shivakumar-led government has decided to challenge the Karnataka High Court order directing a five-member SIT to investigate alleged irregularities in Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) recruitments. The High Court had appointed IPS officer Alok Kumar to head the SIT and directed it to take over the probe from the CID. The state government has objected particularly to the court naming the officers for the investigation.
