A Kentucky couple faces tough questions from investigators after a severely malnourished child in their care suffered cardiac arrest and was hospitalized for months. Despite proclaiming their innocence, Mary Hall and Jerome Norman were sentenced to 20 years in prison for child abuse charges in connection to punishing the young boy through labor, withholding food, a locked bedroom and allegedly making him so thirsty he sucked moisture from insulation.
