A State of Emergency Has Been Declared For California...

A Kelvin Wave is racing up the west coast of North America, set to raise sea levels by ~1 ft throughout October while rapid cyclogenesis is occurring off the west coast of Mexico due to the Super El Nino that is currently in play. These factors combined with incredible high sea surface temperatures off the coast of Baja California and Southern California greatly raise the risk of a powerful tropical storm or even hurricane slamming into these regions, causing widespread chaos and destruction.
