Former Daily Mirror editor Piers Morgan has told Sky News he will still sue Earl Spencer over inaccurate claims made in the royal's new book about Princess Diana.
The earl apologised today after mistakenly saying Morgan was in charge of the tabloid when the now-infamous picture of Diana in the gym was published on the newspaper's front page.
However, Morgan told Sky News he still denied other claims made in the book - and the publication should be pulped or he would take legal action.
Sky News has contacted Earl Spencer and the book's publishers for a response.
