‘TRUMP, WATCH THIS...’: Iran Issues ‘NEVER-SEEN’ Missile Warning, Threatens Biggest Range Attack

Iran’s parliament speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has issued a fresh warning to the United States, saying Tehran has reached a stage in the current conflict where its missiles can hit targets of its choosing. Ghalibaf also said Iran will not surrender or bring the country to a halt, describing the confrontation as a “hybrid war.” The remarks come as Iran and the United States remain locked in a confrontation involving missile and drone strikes, military deployments, diplomacy and tensions around the Strait of Hormuz. Iran has a large arsenal of ballistic and cruise missiles, while its longer-range ballistic missile systems have traditionally been assessed at ranges of around 2,000 kilometres. The conflict has also seen reported attempts at longer-range strikes, including an attempt toward Diego Garcia in March. With military pressure and negotiations unfolding simultaneously, Tehran is making clear that its missile capabilities remain central to its strategy and its message to Washington.
