ON CAM: Exact Moment ICE Fired At DoorDash Driver In Austin; ‘3 Shots, Huge Chaos & Protests’

Dramatic video from Austin, Texas, captured the moments surrounding an ICE-involved shooting that left a 28-year-old Venezuelan delivery driver seriously wounded. Footage from the scene records squealing tires, sirens and three gunshots as federal officers moved toward a blue Toyota Corolla near Research Boulevard in North Austin.

The wounded man was identified by his attorney as Wilber Rafael Garcés Perez. He was shot in the torso, hospitalized in serious but stable condition and later transferred into federal custody. Federal officials say he was subject to a final removal order, while his attorney disputes the government’s account of his immigration status. Homeland Security Investigations, with FBI assistance, is leading the probe.
