Explosion Rocks NATO Military Base After Russia's Big Ukraine Warning; Multiple Casualties Confirmed

Panic erupted at a NATO military shooting range in western Sweden after a powerful explosion injured seven armed forces employees. Five of the victims reportedly suffered serious injuries and were taken to intensive care. Their condition is said to be serious—but not life-threatening. The blast struck the Kroks range near Karlsborg shortly after 4 p.m., sending emergency teams rushing to the scene. One injured man had to be airlifted to hospital by helicopter. Two others suffered minor injuries. The cause of the explosion remains under investigation. But Swedish media reports suggest the blast may have occurred while personnel were clearing old, unexploded ammunition—a highly dangerous operation.
