In today’s video, I prepare the smoked fish from the day before, line my basket with banana leaves, and take the fish to the market to sell. After selling them, I pick Thảo up from school and bring the last fish to a neighbor as a gift. In return, she gives Thảo a lovely puppy to take home.
Back home, I use wood and old roof tiles to build a sturdy little house for the puppy. Thảo names her new friend Bunki, and we end the busy day together with a simple dinner of noodles and eggs.
