I make the case that this is the final shakeout, a capitulation flush inside a bull market rather than a broken thesis, and I start by owning the buy calls I made on this channel yesterday on Bitcoin and XRP before the CLARITY Act vote failed 49 to 50. Then the levels: where I think the flush ends on both, what invalidates it, and what confirms it.
