BREAKING: Houthis ‘SHOT DOWN’ U.S.-Supplied Saudi F-15 Jet Over Yemen With Missile Strike | WATCH

Houthis claim they have shot down a Saudi F-15 fighter jet over Yemen’s Marib province using a locally manufactured surface-to-air missile. Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree also claimed that two additional Saudi F-15s were engaged while searching for the wreckage of the reported downed aircraft.

Saree further alleged that Saudi warplanes carried out more than 450 strikes across Taiz, Lahj, al-Jawf, Hajjah, Marib, Saada and al-Bayda this week, with civilian casualties reported.

The claims come amid continued fighting between the Houthis and Saudi-backed forces in Yemen. Saudi authorities and the Saudi-led coalition have not immediately confirmed the reported fighter jet shootdown or the alleged engagement of two additional aircraft.
