Grammy-winning rapper Lil Durk, whose real name is Durk Banks, was acquitted of federal murder-for-hire charges in Los Angeles. A 2022 gas station shooting targeted rival rapper Quando Rondo and ultimately left Rondo’s cousin, Saviay’a Robinson, dead. While co-defendants Deandre Wilson and David Lindsey were convicted on related stalking charges, the jury found reasonable doubt regarding Banks' involvement.
