Orléans Ribfest draws crowds for its 10th anniversary

Ribs, brisket, pulled pork and chicken were on the menu as the Orléans Ribfest celebrated its 10th anniversary this weekend. CTV's Camille Wilson reports that crowds turned out to sample barbecue from teams travelling from across Canada. Judges evaluated the food based on sauce, presentation and taste, while visitors worked their way through ribs, pulled pork, chicken, beans, salad and mac and cheese. For some attendees, choosing a favourite was almost as difficult as eating the messy, finger-licking food.
